AUCKLAND - NYE 09

Will upload a high-res version when I have band names and stuff to add to it. If you are in Bucklame for NY's and looking for something to do, I highly suggest you go and hang with Sam & George (who are 2 of the bestest people ever) at the show they are putting on at Kings Arms. I'm sure it will be killer.

Work in progress

Yeah I know, this blog has been quiet lately. But I've nearly finished my shitty psychedelic rap opus, which I will post here when I get a chance. Heres a half finished thing.

The Shrugs South Island Tour

A poster for ze fine hamilton band, le Shrugs. I still don't really understand what's going on here, her face is obscured by an elephant funeral whilst there is a 50's Dinosaur B-Movie going on in her hair.

Work in progress
Here's some screenies from a project I've been working on with the very talented Dan Preston and Jonny Goldcoast from Asuza. It's some kind of strange take their tshirt prints and concepts and turn them into moving things + other bits video project type thing.

Dear Time's Waste

Pinecone-faced Cat Levitators, I've been listening to these songs all week. Extremely well crafted pop songs.

It's Nice to do Nice things.
You can now buy T-Shirts that I designed, with my brain from thehinitiative.
All proceeds go to Plunket, which is where you go when you're a baby to get weighed or whatever and pee on people's shoes.

Datsuns

Update: Best quote ever.
"Those posters were so successful, that most venues had to reprint their own as the originals were mostly stolen.
People also wanted to buy copies from the merch desk, and a lot of people showed up with then wanting them signed. "
– Scott Newth.
By the way, I'm keen to get a blog going called Conductment of research foundation, which will force myself to do more research. Anyone keen to join?
